CML Microcircuits is a leading authority in the design, manufacture and marketing of integrated circuits for two major segments of the semiconductor industry: wireless communications and wireline telecoms. Headquartered in Essex, England, CML is a fabless semiconductor company with sales, marketing and technical support operations in North Carolina, USA, Singapore and Shanghai. The use of commercially available silicon processes (CMOS, BiCMOS, BiPOLAR, SiGe) allows CML to produce highly innovative, small size integrated circuits with high performance and ultra low-power consumption. Through many years' experience of designing both standard and full custom products, CML excels in producing innovative solutions containing mixed signal, RF, analogue, memory, digital and DSP design.
Hyperstone GmbH is a fabless semiconductor company founded in 1990 and is based in Konstanz, Germany, with subsidiary sales and technical support offices in Taiwan and the USA. Products include flexible microprocessors based on Hyperstone's patented RISC/DSP architecture and application-specific standard products for flash memory applications in both the consumer and industrial 'flash card' and Solid State Drive (SSD) markets. Hyperstone technology is also available via an IP licensing model and allows customers needing higher integration to migrate without the need for extensive software redevelopment. Hyperstone assists customers worldwide with reference designs and development support for target markets such as digital imaging, Internet appliances, flash memory applications, communications and industrial solutions.
Applied Technology (UK) Ltd, located near Shepton Mallet, England, comprises an experienced engineering team offering key skills within RF design, DSP software development and baseband processing. Experienced in a wide range of wireless application areas such as TETRA, P25, GSM EDGE, Mobitex, and marine & aviation radio, Applied Technology is focused primarily on supporting semiconductor developments for the CML group. Strategic consultancy projects are undertaken consistent with keeping the company at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Radio Data Technology Ltd (RDT) is a UK subsidiary specialising in the development and marketing of wireless data and video communications products for low power licensed and unlicensed markets worldwide. Markets for these products include SCADA, telemetry, CCTV, traffic control and remote monitoring.
